The event showcased the diverse and rich culinary heritage of Miami, featuring delectable delights crafted by talented local chefs from renowned establishments such as the Hyatt Regency Miami, Lil Greenhouse Grill, Miami Beach Convention Center, Chef Allen’s at Quayside Restaurant, Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, Pastry is Art, and more. Attendees were treated to an exceptional gastronomic experience, celebrating the city’s vibrant food culture.

Beyond culinary pleasures, the Around the World Dinner captivated guests with captivating performances. Master drummer Gerald Zilas from Haiti wowed the audience with his rhythmic artistry, and the event featured the talented student dancers from Hialeah Gardens Senior High, showcasing their remarkable skills.

The true highlight of the event, however, was the overwhelming support from attendees, contributing to the noble cause. The dinner successfully raised over $26,000 through raffles and a silent auction. These funds will go a long way in empowering and enriching the lives of high school students pursuing careers in the hospitality and tourism industry.
